How to Use House & Garden Soil A&B
- Preparation: Fill your nutrient container two-thirds with water.
- Add Part A: First, add part A of the nutrient to the water.
- Circulate: Circulate the solution well to ensure even mixing.
- Add Part B: After part A is thoroughly mixed, add part B.
Important: Do NOT add both parts A and B simultaneously, as this can cause a chemical reaction leading to solidification and incomplete nourishment for your plants. - Adjust pH (Optional but Recommended): Adjust the pH value to harmonise with the nutrient solution.

No, with House & Garden, their nutrients are substrate-specific, not stage-specific. The A&B (two-part) nutrient is perfect for use all the way from seedling to harvest. The NPK ratio of your fertiliser can be adjusted by using their potent additives (e.g., House & Garden Top Booster in the flowering stage to increase the PK ratio when the plant needs it most).What should I use if I am using potting mix?
Soil A&B base nutrient is perfectly suited for all different kinds of soils and soil mixtures. We do, however, strongly recommend against the use of generic hardware store potting mix, as these blends are rarely tailored for heavy-fruiting plants and can contain a wide variety of unwanted pests and diseases. Always opt for quality substrates.What should I do if I accidentally mix Part A and Part B directly together before adding them to water?
It is crucial not to mix Part A and Part B in their concentrated form. If this occurs, they can react chemically and form insoluble compounds that are unusable by your plants.
