How to Use House & Garden Shooting Powder
This powerful stimulator is to be used at the very end of the flowering period for the final three weeks before harvest.
- Preparation: Begin by preparing your nutrient solution. Add your chosen base nutrient (e.g., House & Garden Cocos A&B or House & Garden Soil A&B) to your water.
- Base Nutrient Adjustment: Crucially, reduce the strength of your base nutrient during this period. Aim to adjust the Electrical Conductivity (EC) value of your base nutrient to 1.2 before adding Shooting Powder.
- Adding Shooting Powder: Once your base nutrient is adjusted, add the Shooting Powder to your reservoir.
- pH & EC Check: After adding Shooting Powder, check and adjust the pH and EC values of your solution according to your plant's specific growth stage. Consider using pH Up or pH Down for precise adjustments.
- Important Note: Only use Shooting Powder when your plants are sufficiently developed and in peak health, as it is a very strong agent. Do not use it in combination with any other PK booster to avoid over-fertilisation.
Dosage Rates:
- General Dosage: 0.65g - 1.3g per litre of water.
- Three weeks before harvest: 1x 65g sachet per 100 litres of water.
- Two weeks before harvest: 2x 65g sachets per 100 litres of water.
- One week before harvest: 2x 65g sachets per 100 litres of water.
