• Do I need to use the entire Mills nutrient line for best results?

  While our products are designed to work synergistically, you can achieve excellent results by using key products like Basis A&B throughout the grow cycle and strategically incorporating boosters like C4 and Ultimate PK during flowering. However, using the complete Mills line allows for comprehensive nutrient management and can further optimise plant performance.

• Can I use Mills nutrients for growing vegetables as well as other types of plants?

  Yes, Mills nutrients can be used for a wide variety of plants, including vegetables, fruits, and ornamentals. The principles of plant nutrition remain the same, and our Basis A&B provides a balanced foundation for healthy growth and fruiting in many species. Adjusting the feeding schedule according to the specific needs of your vegetables is recommended.

• What is the difference between Mills C4 and other bloom boosters?

  Mills C4 is a carefully balanced bloom booster designed to not only increase flower size and density but also to enhance the overall quality and resin production of your plants. Its unique formulation focuses on providing the right ratios of phosphorus and potassium at the crucial flowering stages, without excessive nitrogen that can sometimes be found in other boosters.

  Yes, Mills Basis A&B is formulated to be versatile and can be used effectively in various growing mediums, including soil, coco coir, and hydroponic systems.

• What does N-P-K stand for on fertiliser labels?

  N-P-K represents the percentage by weight of Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), and Potassium (K) in a fertiliser. For example, a 10-5-15 fertiliser contains 10% nitrogen, 5% phosphorus, and 15% potassium. Mills clearly labels the N-P-K ratios of all their products.

• What should I do if I accidentally use the wrong dosage of Mills nutrients?

  If you suspect you've used the wrong dosage, it's essential to act quickly. If you've used too much, flush your growing medium with pH-balanced water to help remove excess nutrients. If you've used too little, you can adjust the concentration in your next feeding. Monitor your plants closely for any signs of stress and adjust accordingly.
