Delivery and Return Information
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £60

Standard Delivery (UK Mainland) £4.95

- Any Heavy / Large items included in your basket will be charged £2 per item. (£4.95 + £2 per heavy/large item)

Express Delivery (UK Mainland) £8.95
- Next Working Day (when ordered on a working day before the 2pm cut off time)
- Cannot be used if any Heavy / Large items are in your basket.
- UK Mainland only.
- This is a standard service to Scottish Highlands and Islands and can take 2-5 days.
- Cannot be used if any Heavy / Large items are in your basket. Unfortunately, at present we are unable to send heavy items to Scottish Highlands and Islands addresses.
Please note: Express Delivery is not a guaranteed next working day service, though we strive to achieve it. Should you select express delivery and your order is not received on the next working day (for orders placed before 2pm on a working day), we will refund the difference between the express and standard delivery charges. For instance, an order placed on a Friday after 2pm will be dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery, unless a bank holiday intervenes, in which case dispatch would occur on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm next working day delivery.

Heavy / Large item surcharge
If any Heavy / Large items are included in your basket then Delivery will be £4.95 plus £2 for every Heavy / Large item and Express delivery will not be available however we do aim to get your order out as soon as possible.
If your address is in the Scottish Highlands and Heavy / Large items are in your basket then it won’t show any delivery options as these are not available for shipping to these locations at the moment.
Please note all delivery times are not guaranteed as sometimes problems with couriers can arise out of our control or issues with products however, we do aim to get all orders sent out on the day of ordering, any issues we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you are in urgent need of a product please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to make sure your order runs smoothly.

What happens after I’ve ordered?
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order (please check junk mail or get in touch if you don’t receive this).
When your order is shipped from us you will receive a dispatched email with your tracking information, and on the day of delivery you will receive a text/email from our courier with the expected time window for your delivery, any problems please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What happens if I’m not in when the courier comes?
DX will contact you by text/email on the day of delivery, from this text/email you can rearrange delivery or at your own discretion, change the delivery to leave in a safe place or with neighbour.
If no one is home when the delivery is attempted and no change of delivery date or place to leave safe is done then DX will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery or they will attempt to deliver on the next working day or you can contact them to arrange collecting from their depot if possible.
If the courier is unable to deliver after a few attempts due to customer not in they will return the order to us and we may need to charge for delivery again so please contact us if you haven’t received your order in the expected time frame.

My order is damaged, faulty or wrong items sent
Hopefully this doesn’t happen, however it is possible, if there are any problems with your delivery no matter how small please get in touch as soon as possible and we will endeavour to solve any problems as quickly as we can.

I have changed my mind after receiving my order, how do I return items?
If you would like to return an item for whatever reason within 30 days for a refund, you can either send it back using your own courier or royal mail, this can be the cheapest option, as our courier charges for a 3rd party collection on top of a delivery cost we would have to charge this and will differ depending on the item/items and area collected from so please contact us if you would like us to collect it and we will let you know the cost of this.
If using your own courier/Royal Mail, please leave a note in the return with your name, address, telephone number, order number and just a short note to say the reason for returning. We will then refund your order as soon as possible and contact you to confirm refund has been processed, any problems please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Please note: refunds for returns will not include original postage costs

What is classed as a working day?
A working day is classed as Monday to Friday, this does not include bank holidays. for example if you placed an order with us on a bank holiday Monday and selected Express Delivery your order would not be dispatched until the next working day which would be Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.

Why are some items collection only?
If an item is showing as collection only this could be due to a number of reasons (size, weight or being too fragile for delivery being the main ones). The reason for the specific item will usually be listed in the products description.
