How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm we aim to dispatch the same day for delivery the next working day (UK mainland) or 2-3 working days (None UK mainland) stock permitting.
Some items may state 'Delivery within 5-10 Days', if you add any of these items to your basket then your whole order will be sent as soon as these items are ready for delivery. Please contact us if you are in a hurry for these items and we will do our best to speed up the delivery process.
Orders are sent out Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, if you are desperate for your delivery it is always best to phone before placing an order to check stock is available and we will try and accommodate any specific delivery requirements if possible.
What happens if I'm not in when my delivery comes?
All order are sent out via DHL, they will deliver your item(s) the next working day after you receive your dispatch email (2-3 days none UK mainland), you can track your delivery from this email. You will also receive a text or email on the morning of the delivery day giving you an hour window for delivery.
If no one is in at the time of delivery they will leave a card to say they have been and this will include all the details you need.
If you do not receive a card on your expected delivery day please check your shipment tracking via the DHL website (information on how to do this along with your shipping number will be in your dispatch email).

Can I have my order delivered to a different address other than my billing address?
For Credit/Debit card purchases, orders can only be shipped to the card-holders Billing address unless Visa / MasterCard SecureCode / 3D-Secure is used.
You may wish to have your goods shipped to a different address than the card-account billing address. For these circumstances, we use Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode / 3D-Secure to verify that you are the named card-holder.
This policy is to help prevent card fraud and theft, your order may be refunded if 3D-Secure isn’t used or any details don’t match. If this is the case we will contact you and refund any money paid and cancel your order.
I need to have products delivered to me by tomorrow, can you do this?
If you need your order in a hurry it is always best to contact us first to make sure items are in stock and we will do our best to get them out for you for the next working day if possible, always worth asking as we will do our best to help you.
My products are damaged. What should I do?
All products are carefully wrapped and packed in plain packaging before being dispatched however accidents can happen, if you have any problem with delivery please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to sort this out ASAP.
I am not happy with my purchase. What should I do?
If you are unhappy with your item please contact us for a returns form or download one from our info and downloads section, we have extended the money back returns on unused items to 30 days so you can return anything to us in it’s original packaging and condition as you received it for a full refund on the retail price you paid, please note postage back to us is the customers responsibility and refunds will not be issued until returned items are received by us in original condition.
Refunds on postage are only given on faulty items.
RETURNS POLICY
Please follow the following guidelines in order to exercise your right to return product(s) back to us for a refund or exchange:
You are welcome to return any product (subject to limited exceptions as detailed below) for a refund or you can exchange it for a different product or products.
In order to be able to exercise your right to a refund or exchange you must send the product back to us so that it is received by us, within 30 (thirty) days of you receiving the product from us pursuant to your original order.
A returned product must be complete, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached. The original packaging must be undamaged and unmarked. In short, we require the product to be in the same condition you received it in and in a condition that will allow us to sell it to another customer as new.
Any delivery or other charges paid by you in connection with the product will not be refunded and the refund will be limited to the purchase price actually paid for the product being returned. Similarly, the value to be attributed to the product for the purposes of an exchange will be the purchase price actually paid for the product being returned and will not include any delivery or other charges paid by you in connection with the product.
We do not accept the following which are excluded from this returns policy:
o Products that are damaged (in any way) or used; or
o Products that are made to order, made to measure, custom made, bespoke or clearly personalised.
If you purchased the product as part of an offer (for example, 3 for the price of 2) then all products within the offer must be returned to us , and must comply with this returns policy, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
The return of the product is your sole responsibility and at your sole cost.
Please note the product is your responsibility until it is received and signed for by us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid the possibility of damage in transit and is sent back to us using a trusted delivery method.
Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our absolute and sole discretion.
The returns policy only applies if you return the product, and we receive it, within 30 (thirty) days of the date you received the product from us pursuant to your original order.
We also ask that you complete a Returns Form found on our info and downloads section or email us to send you a copy and send this with your returned item, without this it may delay your refund/exchange.
Once your return parcel and completed Returns Form arrives back we will then dispatch the alternative product you have requested (at your cost) or issue a refund back to the card you originally paid with. Please note a refund can take 1-5 working days to show up in your account dependant on who you bank with.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
