Orders placed before 3pm will generally be processed and shipped the same day, providing all Payment information is valid. Orders placed after 3pm and on weekends will be processed the following business day.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling is charged at Â£5.95 per order with a one off Â£4.00 added for heavy items (the most you will pay is Â£9.95)

Scottish Highland & Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man (Â£15.00 shipping surcharge)
Eire (Â£20.00 shipping surcharge)
We send around 90% of orders out via Courier (UK) and the rest via Royal Mail with most orders shipped out the same or next working day.
Orders via Courier should arrive the next working day after dispatch (this excludes Saturdays and Sundays). You can track your order here
and by entering your tracking number.
Our warehouse will select the carrier based on the size, weight and value of the package.
Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery, if it is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Out of Stock Items
Items on our site may state they are in stock, this is not always true as we cannot keep track of all products which are sold in our shop and online, but we do get deliveries every week and items should not take more than 2 weeks if out of stock to get to you.
We are UK based and at present we are not shipping outside the UK (except Ireland).
Please note: Any duties, tariffs or broker fees are not included in the order amount and will be collected by the shipper upon delivery. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancelling An Order
Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, therefore, in stock items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. To request cancellation of back ordered items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email request, please provide your Order ID and the Item Number(s) to be cancelled. If, for some reason, we are unable to cancel your order, you will be notified via email within one business day.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return any items because the goods are faulty, repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation. Returned products without a letter of explanation or missing accessories may not be accepted.

Please send via courier or insured parcel post. Merchandise must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) is found to be faulty.
