Description: Hygrometer & thermometer combined or thermo hygrometer, the thermo hygrometer simultaneously displays both the humidity and temperature in addition to indicating and recording the maximum and minimum readings.
This thermo hygrometer measures both humidity and temperature over the range of -20 to +70°C and 20 to 99%rh utilising the internal sensors. Utilising the external temperature sensor the temperature range is extended to -50 to +70°C.
The thermo hygrometer features a temperature alert alarm that will sound when the external remote temperature probe indicates the temperature is 0°C or below. This feature is ideal for frost/freeze alert in horticulture and similar.
The thermo hygrometer is housed in an ABS case measuring 20 x 65 x 97mm, the case incorporates a useful foldaway stand and a keyhole slot for hanging on a wall.

Directions for use: To operate the hygro-thermometer remove the plastic tag in the battery compartment. The instrument will bleep and perform a self-test and display readings normally after five seconds. For the most accurate recording of ambient temperatures, the thermometer should be positioned away from direct sunlight and draughts. The hygrometer sensor is positioned within the body of the instrument. The humidity reading is given in % RH (percentage Relative Humidity). Note: there is no external humidity probe.
