Do your lights run metal halide bulbs?
Yes, the 250w, 400w and 600w grow lights we stock will run a metal halide bulb, all major brand bulbs have been tested.
Do you have a shop?
as of March 2005 we have opened a showroom in our warehouse for people to come and see our products up close, have a chat or just for a coffee, your welcome to come, we are based in middlesbrough, please phone if you need directions. opening hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm weekdays, and most Saturdays 10am - 2pm but please check the site for Saturday openings before coming down as we are not always open.
If i make a big order can i get any discount?
of course you can, were here to get you the best deal possible, just give us a ring or come down to our showroom and we will work out some form of discount for you.
If i order an item and its out of stock but i have paid can i claim a refund?
Yes, we do our best to keep up stock of everything on our site but with having a showroom aswell we can't always do this, we do get deliveries on a regular basis so you shouldn't be waiting anymore than 2 weeks (this is maximum waiting time, normally a few days) but if you cannot wait we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
do you sell ***** product?
If there is a product you need that you can't find on our site, no matter how small or large please email us and we'll do our best to get that product in, although some products just haven't been uploaded to our site as yet so keep checking back. |
